- Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days.
Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method and delivery address. For international shipping, additional fees or customs charges may apply, and the recipient will be responsible for paying these charges.
2. Delivery Timeframes
- Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after receiving payment.
- Delivery times may vary based on the shipping method and destination.
- Please note that delays may occur during peak seasons (e.g., Ramadan, Eid, or other holidays), and shipping times may be longer than usual.
3. Order Tracking

4. Delivery Address
- Please ensure that your delivery address is entered correctly at the time of placing the order. Khawaja Imam Islamic Trust is not responsible for delays or undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
- If you need to make changes to your delivery address after placing the order, please contact us immediately, and we will make every effort to update the address before shipment. Changes may not be possible once the order has been dispatched.
5. Missing or Damaged Items
- If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product. You can email us at info@khawajatrust.org with your order number and photos of the damaged items, and we will assist you in processing a replacement or refund.
- If an item is lost or has not been delivered within the expected timeframe, please contact us, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
6. International Shipping
- We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Additional shipping fees, taxes, and customs duties may apply depending on the destination country.
- Customs policies vary by country, and the recipient is responsible for any additional charges incurred upon delivery.
7. Non-Delivery or Failed Delivery
- If your order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or failure to receive the package from the carrier (e.g., the package is returned), we will attempt to contact you for clarification. In such cases, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees for reshipment.
- If the package is returned to us due to non-delivery and you no longer wish to receive the product, we may issue a partial refund after deducting shipping costs.
